A great place to go for your eyes treated and your glasses. The staff are friendly and helpful and always give a warm welcome. There is disabled parking nearby and other parking too.

After a problem with the vision in my right eye, I visited A1 Eyewear a year ago and was immediately impressed by the care and reassurance I received from Huw and his colleagues. Subsequently, I have returned for a routine eye test and am now the owner of two new pairs of excellent bifocals - one pair as sunglasses. I’ve just received the news letter, it’s amazing how A1 are supporting local charities. I had a problem with my eye a few years ago and A1 were amazing I had so much help and support off them. I recently went for my annual eye check, and luckily my eyes were found to be healthy after a thorough examination, I was not pressured into buying new glasses as my prescription hadn’t changed. As my mum had severe glaucoma and went blind I’m so grateful that I have A1 as my optician. Not only are they friendly and professional they support the charities that are so close to my heart.
