£450 donated to Guide Dogs For The Blind

Thank you to all our patients that helped us raise funds towards this wonderful charity

In March, all proceeds from our Optomap retinal scan was donated to Guide Dogs For 
The Blind - a great charity that helps to train Guide Dogs, enabling the severely 
sight impaired to live independently.

As lockdown, and the effects of Covid-19 hit mid-March, our efforts were cut short
at £285. With a very kind £100 donation from Jones' Fish & Chips shop (best Chips
in Wrexham IMHO!!) we rounded this up to £450.

It was a pleasure to present the cheque to The Guide Dogs Wrexham representative,
Heather, along with her own Guide Dog Victor, and (the now retired!) Una.
